Your company or Human Resource Dept. will refer you to a medical facility for evaluation.
Any medical emergencies will be treated first at the medical facility or hospital.
If there was trauma to your teeth you will than be referred to an approved dental provider.
We will evaluate your dental trauma and report a treatment plan to your insurance company.
Your insurance company can approve or disapprove the proposed treatment plan.
This may take from a few days to several weeks. We have dealt with many insurance companies
and some are better than others. Persistence and pressure on your part and that of your human
resource department helps a lot to speed up the process. If the plan is approved we can then
start right away. If the plan is disapproved you have the option to file a complaint with the
Texas Insurance Department. They may review the case and help you with your situation.
Restoring fractured teeth is not like going to McDonald's and getting your order in two minutes.
Cases may take up to three months to complete if we have to wait for your gum tissues to heal.
If we rush your case you may end up with less than ideal esthetic results.
Unfortunately, current dental technology still can not match the beauty of mother nature.
But we can come very close in most situations.
